Have stayed here many times and would love to go back. Had neat and functional room with views in 2 directions and wake-up service was available in it. The location was fantastic, not far from center of Bideford, the restaurant and the wonderful old bridge.

Possibly the best and really really nice stay for my brief business trip. Neat and huge rooms, magnificent views of town and river. All in all perfect and incredible location, just off a very good beach which allowed dogs, and surrounding areas. Besides, very convenient to St Johns Market.

Place was fairly clean, everything was lovely. The food was good with a wide range of alternatives. This was a fantastic location just next door to the wonderful old bridge across the Torridge and the old town. I had quick lunch at Mr Chips, located a short way from the hotel. Truly enjoyed every minute of being there, recommend.
